The Parkers

I hate moving.
But I love Austin, love my job, love our church and want to live closer to all these things. So Lee, Norah and I will be moving into the Arboretum area of Austin (Mo-Pac & Capital of TX Hwy) in June. We have begun selling our worldly possessions on Craig’s List and are slowly packing up. The goal is, of course, to cull out unnecessary items as we go. We have boxes of items that have moved with us since Centenary (Centenary College of Louisiana) and it’s time to say adios to the junk we don’t need. I am very much looking forward to a shorter commute everyday and actually living close enough to hang out with friends. I also look forward to kissing the Cedar Fever inducing forests behind, or at least not living directly beneath their branches anymore.
